What does it cost

How are our fees structured?

When determining the fee, a lot of the components that derive the amount are largely dependent on the buyer. If the buyer’s property requirements are overlying restrictive, or even too open and vague, this can lead to a significant amount of work behind the scenes. This is why I like to work with my buyers through providing an audit of their current search and then work together towards a property brief that is achievable and competitive that fits within their budget requirements.

I like to offer three different structures:

Percentage Fee

A percentage of the final sale price upon exchange. Generally I offer this structure where the brief parameters tend to be too broad.

Fixed Fee

A fixed amount that provides certainty from start to finish

Performance Fee

A bonus percentage where the Buyers Agent is fiscally incentivised to drag the price down. We offer this structure where there is a very specific property and where a fair price for the property can be established and agreed upon.

How am I different

What makes me a cut above

I provide certainty amongst the unknown.

The first being, the price of the property, through a deep comprehension of the relationship between property, economic fundamentals and the way they interact with the decisions of buyers and vendors and sales agents. I can lead you through the acquisition process knowing what hazards are just around the corner.

The second being the quality of the property itself. Using the critical analysis refined at university, I conduct acute due diligence beyond most of my competitors’ capabilities to ensure that my clients are fully informed, comfortable and completely sure that the property is the right one for them.
